Ryan Sessegnon, a defender for Tottenham Hotspur, has now communicated to Spurs fans following his latest injury setback.
After being excluded from Tottenham’s Asia-Pacific pre-season tour due to his injury, he took to Instagram to post a message.
This injury is the newest addition to an unfortunately long line of injuries for the £25m fullback.
When he was initially signed from Fulham, his selection sparked a wave of anticipation regarding the England Under-21 international.
At the time of his signing, he was the ideal candidate for Mauricio Pochettino to mentor prior to Pochettino leaving his position.
Ryan Sessegnon has received support from both Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, despite ongoing concerns about his physical well-being and stamina.

Multiple hamstring injuries have troubled him, impacting his availability and performance.
Regrettably, Sessegnon has suffered another injury and has used a message to Tottenham fans to discuss the current scenario.
He was rumoured to possibly move away this summer, but due to his medical standing, this is no longer a possibility.
Sessegnon’s response to his recent injury
Sharing a post on his Instagram story, Sessegnon said: “I’m heartbroken and at a loss for words at this moment, but I felt compelled to come here and express my gratitude for all the supportive messages I’ve received.
“I view this incident as a potential turning point, opening a path towards a brighter future. I’m more galvanized and determined than ever to bounce back stronger and provide a powerful performance for all of you.
“Thank you, Sess.”
The Athletic reports suggest his current hamstring issue was incurred during pre-season training.
The timing of his recent injury is certainly unfortunate as he’d been back in active training for merely a week.
He will now have to forgo their pre-season tour and the position of the left-back is still to be filled.

Ivan Perisic might be on the exit door and Ben Davies might have to adjust to play at left-back since Spurs will no longer be fielding a back three.
Destiny Udogie, a new recruit, is anticipated to make a positive impact following his year-long loan at Udinese.
Tottenham fans will be understandably exasperated with Sessegnon’s injury update, wishing he could return to the field as soon as possible.
If this surgery manages to permanently resolve his hamstring issues, it may allow him to finally fulfill the promise he showed at the time of his signing.
One of his significant strengths was his rapid sprinting, which has been compromised due to these injuries.
