Harry Kane might be on Manchester United’s radar for a potential transfer in August, if the player stays at Tottenham Hotspur through the summer.
A report from Football Transfers indicates that the interest in 29-year-old Kane from Erik ten Hag’s squad is still very much alive.

Despite this, it seems improbable for Harry Kane to join Manchester United this summer. As per recent reports by 90min, Daniel Levy is adamant on retaining him in the Spurs team.
Harry Kane might be the August target for Manchester United
The latest scoop from Football Transfers implies that Levy would rather transfer Kane to a non-Premier League club. Nevertheless, so far, Bayern Munich’s attempts to lure the illustrious England captain were proven futile.

As per Sunday’s news from Sport Bild, Bayern aims to close a deal for Kane before July ends. They presume the forward will not be present in the Tottenham squad for the Asia pre-season tour.
Given these conditions, Manchester United will keep a close watch on any possible developments in Bayern’s pursuit of Kane.
If Kane remains a Spurs player by August, Football Transfers indicates Manchester United could consider a bid for him.
The report does specify that to make space for Kane financially, ten Hag’s squad would have to sell off several players first.
Should Manchester United firmly decide to pursue Kane, Levy might need to rethink his potential deal with Bayern to prevent Kane from switching over to a Premier League opponent.
