Tottenham has recently experienced a successful recruitment period, securing Guglielmo Vicario, James Maddison, Manor Solomon, and Ashley Phillips to their team. Furthermore, it appears they have settled on a deal for Micky van de Ven.

Media buzz suggests that Tottenham is ready to welcome Veliz, and the youthful forward has converse to ESPN about the prospective move.

Alejo Veliz Interacted With Giovani Lo Celso Regarding Potential Tottenham Switch

Jounalist Cesar Luis Merlo reported on Twitter that Tottenham has presented a formal bid to acquire Alejo Veliz, causing surprise for Rosario Central who weren’t expecting to sell him this month.

As stated by Fabrizio Romano, Veliz is eager to be part of the Spurs and has set personal agreements with the club. Granted all goes according to plan, he should soon undertake a medical examination and could be formally introduced as a Tottenham player in the forthcoming days.

In an ESPN interview, Veliz essentially confirmed his Tottenham move and disclosed his discussion with Lo Celso about the move.

He shared: “I had a conversation with Gio Lo Celso.

“He assured me that he will offer his full support, and he will be ready to welcome me.”
