No New Speedy Attacker for Tottenham, Reports Fabrizio Romano

Recently, Kylian Mbappe’s name has been drawing significant attention.

With reports of the French forward seeking a departure from PSG this summer, speculation and rumours have been rife.

Amidst the deluge of news surrounding Mbappe includes talks tying him to a brief loan stint at Tottenham.

The possibility of Mbappe joining Spurs appears intriguing for some, despite the improbability of such a scenario.

Fabrizio Romano, in his Here We Go Podcast, advises disregarding these spurious Mbappe rumours, affirming that the odds of the French striker playing for Tottenham are non-existent.

Not a Possibility

Romano discussed the conjecture surrounding Mbappe.

“The speculation around Mbappe moving to Spurs or Inter for a year is baseless,” Romano mentioned.

“Without any offence to these clubs, it’s just illogical. Mbappe won’t be moving there, end of story,” Romano asserted.

Absurd

At times, one has to acknowledge just how preposterous some transfer rumours can be, this one is a case in point.

Mbappe is arguably the globe’s top player. Would he really consider a loan to England’s eighth-ranked team?

While it’s disappointing that this won’t materialize, it would undoubtedly have been a spectacle to have Mbappe grace the Premier League’s grounds.

Known for his unrivaled technique and phenomenal speed, Mbappe might well have been Tottenham’s most thrilling player since the times of Gareth Bale.

Interestingly, The Speeds Database clocked Mbappe as just marginally faster than Bale and his speed would have set north London aflame if he were to arrive.
