Football star Tanguy Ndombele of Tottenham Hotspur has reportedly evoked the interest of renowned Turkish football team, Galatasaray, reveals sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Having faced difficulties during his tenure with Tottenham, Ndombele was previously loaned out last summer. Current signs suggest a potential total departure from his current team.
The Spurs’ players future status was shared by Romano via Twitter. He stated: “Galatasaray is taking Ndombele into account as a probable addition for the midfield.
“Negotiations occurred to understand the terms and conditions of the arrangement.”
The 26-year-old player’s move from the team seems inevitable, likely leading to a long term contract closure this summer.
Galatasaray is not alone; Fenerbahce and Napoli are also speculated to be interested in Ndombele.

Galatasaray’s Interest in Ndombele
In light of the newfound speculation surrounding Ndombele, it would hardly be surprising if a transfer is confirmed this summer.
The French player needs a consistent duration on the ground to harness his potential, which was a key determinant for his current contract with Spurs. His under-utilization is not optimally beneficial.
Considering that Ndombele’s current salary is £200k-a-week, Tottenham Hotspur could financially benefit by transferring his contract, thereby freeing up their budget.
This could further enable them to enhance their team complement with the additional funds that would be available. Unfortunately, Ndombele’s future with Tottenham seems uncertain.

The newly appointed manager, Ange Postecoglou, is making his mark on the team. The club’s performance in the upcoming season will be intriguing to watch.
With no European engagements and some talented new recruits, the significant wages of non-playing members may be adversely affecting the team’s progress.
