Bayern Munich to Lodge Continued Interest in Harry Kane Amid Rumours of a Possible Sale by Daniel Levy

Bayern Munich is reportedly preparing to submit a €100 million offer for Tottenham Hotspur’s leading star, Harry Kane, as per journalist Ben Jacobs.

Jacobs updated Bayen’s increasing interest in the England captain via a tweet on Sunday night.

With Harry Kane in the final year of his contract with Spurs, his future prospects seem uncertain.

The 29-year-old footballer is now being strongly considered by Bayern Munich, especially given the rumours of Daniel Levy, Tottenham’s chairman, being under pressure to sell.

As reported by The Telegraph on Sunday, Joe Lewis, Spurs owner, has directed Levy to sell the club’s highest ever goalscorer if he doesn’t agree to a new contract this summer.

Bayern, having already seen their first two proposals rejected, is now planning to make their third bid for Kane.

Bayern Preparing to Propose for Kane once again

According to Jacobs, Bayern is in process of assembling a bid of approximately £86.4 million to acquire Kane.

Jacobs mentioned that the Bundesliga champions have not received a price quote from Levy yet. Meanwhile, Spurs remains hopeful that their striker will sign a new contract.

There are no signs that Bayern will let up in their pursuit of Kane. Should they put forth an £86 million offer, it could finally force Levy to reconsider his position.

Bayern’s prior two bids fell short of Tottenham’s valuation of their striker. However, if Kane remains uncommitted to Spurs, Levy may need to entertain the idea of a potential sale.

Nonetheless, Spurs are still optimistic that they can persuade Kane to stay on board for the long haul.

If Kane decides against signing a new contract and Bayern offers an agreeable sum, it might be time for Levy to contemplate parting ways with his star player.
